For safety and hygiene reasons products cannot be resold so we do not accept returns. If they arrive damaged or defective please contact us for options for exchange only. Products must be in its original packaging. We will provide shipping labels on exchanges on damaged or defective items. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. If your item(s) has arrived damaged or defective, please contract us to discuss options.
